01 General Terms

Cx88 may require users to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on cx88:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• The correct reference number must be included when making a deposit. An incorrect reference may cause delays.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawing a bonus balance requires the applicable wagering conditions to be met.
• Cx88 does not charge any hidden withdrawal fees.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

Cx88's bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. It is important to read the conditions of each offer individually before claiming a bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering conditions have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Cx88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or arbitrage is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

05 Gaming Policy

All games on cx88 operate using certified RNG technology. Every outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, cx88 reserves the right to void the round in question.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches will not be considered valid.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards other players in live games may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

06 Responsible Gaming

09 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between cx88 and a player, we will first attempt to resolve the matter directly.

• All complaints must be submitted through the support team.
• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
• Complex cases will be resolved within 30 business days.
• Cx88's decision in any dispute will be considered final.

10 Changes to Terms
